In opposition to the present common belief, we think that in the latest years the average quality of the wines has worsened, with a market that often awards mediocre and expensive wines, hard to drink and hard to digest.
The wine industry is altering the man-nature relationship, imposing false models of quality and favouring the use of chemistry in the cultures and in the transformations (pesticides, herbicides, synthetic manures, gases, yeasts, and much more).
For these reasons Enoteca Bulzoni is particularly careful in proposing and recommending the consumption of natural wines, certain of the will of the consumer to rediscover a product of the land that has true and deep qualities, but also certain of the necessity of relaunching a healthy agricultural economy, without economic speculations and sensible about pollution.
In the majority of cases the natural wines are the product of workmanship, and are produced in small quantities. The producer limits as much as possible, both in the cultivation of the vine and in the cellar techniques, the use of invasive chemical agents, and acts in the respect of the territory and natural cycles, thus obtaining a final product that is easy to drink, healthy and digestible.
